Conscious living and expansive thinking enable a peaceful mind and spirit. TECH 3443 believes that yoga and meditation are important paths to cultivating this harmony and happiness. A Hindu philosophical tradition, yoga is a group of physical, spiritual and mental practices that are said to improve the health of both mind and body.

VIEW OUR PHILOSOPHY

The campus offers zones for yoga and meditation, as well as nature walks and trails that encourage mindfulness. Additionally, campus community members will have opportunities to attend any of a number of yoga classes, events and retreats held onsite on a regular basis.

TECH 3443 expects to bring in world-renowned Gurus and professionals to facilitate these events, ensuring workers at all yoga experience levels receive the training they desire.
