LEGAL & ETHICAL STANDARDS
While conducting business, all partners must comply with all legal requirements and the highest ethical standards. We expect our business partners to be vigilantly aware of all international, national, and local laws and follow standards unanimously to foster an environment of respect.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
TECH 3443 is committed to operating in an environmentally conscious, thoughtful, and responsible manner. There is the highest expectation for our business partners, tenants, and clients to protect and preserve the environment while operating within the TECH 3443 campus. While conducting business, individuals must follow and recognize environmental laws and best practices in order to avoid pollution, waste, and other environmental loss.
HEALTH, SAFETY, & COMPLIANCE
Our business partners, tenants, and clients will maintain a safe and healthy environment where others can live in peace without the fear of unsanitary, dangerous, and hazardous conditions
WORKER WAGES, HOURS, & BENEFITS
All business partners will comply with official laws concerning wages, overtime compensation, and legally mandated benefits. Wages, hours, and benefits policies will be consistent with current national standards. Employees will not be subject to excessive working hours per week including overtime and are given the right to due time off. Likewise, there is a high standard for transparency concerning record keeping and logging of work hours.
DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, & HATE SPEECH
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or otherwise action to incite prejudice against another is strictly prohibited. Employers will not discriminate against employees on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, physical disability, and age.
BUSINESS PARTNERS
All business partners must subcontract with suppliers that abide by the same legal and ethical criteria as our direct partners. Business Partners must be approved and align with corporate requirements.
