MINDSET
Mindset is your general attitude and the way you think about things and make decisions. Your beliefs and attitudes shape your mindset. There are two types of mindsets; Fixed and Growth. Fixed is the belief that you are born with a certain amount of intelligence or potential and that’s it. Growth is the belief that you are capable of working to increase your potential and intelligence. Your commitment to developing a growth mindset will help you to take control of your life.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is the key component to your fitness. It is difficult to train your way out of poor nutrition. Following a balanced diet is essential to your success. It is important to choose foods that are nutrient rich and whole, not processed and full of sugar. Nutrient-rich foods give your body the fuel and energy it requires to accomplish your daily tasks.
EXERCISE
Exercise element consists of 4 core modules: mobility & flexibility, balance & coordination, core & conditioning, and functional resistance strength training. Committing to this model will help improve circulation, range of motion, alleviate daily aches & pains, sharpen awareness, while increasing strength and conditioning. No matter where you are in your fitness journey this structure will help you reach your greatest potential.

Brigett has been in some aspect of the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. She has used her training, education, and experience in developing a comprehensive training program that is your guide to achieve Total Optimization.
She has a Master of Science in Kinesiology/Specializing in Exercise Physiology, a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Biology for Life, along with Personal Training Certifications (NCCPT, Onnit Academy Certified and Gold’s Fit Coach Certification).
She loves learning and growing every day. Being a single mom and an athlete, Brigett can relate to the physical and mental challenges that women go through and she depends on her deep spiritual connection and mindset to help her continue to overcome life’s challenges and grow.
“My true life passion is helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and live the healthiest life possible” says Brigett. “I have always loved being active and working out, starting in childhood and through high school, college and even to my first bodybuilding show.
